Quick and Dirty
Today is an especially fast-topic-changing Friday. I’m headed off for a girls’ weekend full of knitting and drinking.

This is the dirtiest part of the “Quick and Dirty” post. This is my sister Phyllis’ dog, Izabelle, who you may remember from my recent trip to Alaska.

I couldn’t believe how different she looked! My dogs look the same when they are wet. Maybe a bit darker, but nothing as ridiculous as this. Next…! |

OH NO! not enough yarn for the Baby Bobbi Bear??!! What are you going to do? (what am I going to do when I get to that point?)

Have a fun weekend! I love the Simpsons avatar. I’ve always thought their dog was obviously a Basenji because he’s so crazy.

I thought about asking you to borrow Izabelle for me for the store….she’a awfully cute. (I’m pretty sure she would have fit right in your carry-on bag) Luckily she was not kidnapped due to her, uh, femaleness. I wish I was going to be in the right town this weekend to hang out with you guys. I will switch from Houstonian to Austinite on August 11th – just in time for the Yarn Harlot to come to Houston! Wouldn’tcha just know. Anyway, you’ll just have to come back for the Grand Opening – I will have a special Stacy-Staci-Stacey chair! Have a wonderful weekend.

Teehee! My neurotic dog looks like that when you get her wet too – a completely different dog! It is so funny.
Looks like you guys had a wonderful girlie weekend – what fun! I’ve been thinking about you! We’ll have to get together soon when I get home.
