I'm at an impasse; had to quit my lessons when it was so hot here, because I couldn't stand the feel of wool on my hands. I'm sure I'd NEVER learn to knit if I lived in TX! Anyway, cable looks spectacularly, devilishly difficult! Been meaning to ask: have you ever used soy silk??? Don't tell your boys, but Ruby hasn't had a bath in ages. I give her about one a year just on principle, but she really doesn't need it. She never rolls in anything nasty, and dirt just dries up and falls off her. She doesn't smell at all.
