I did this Celebrity Look-Alike thing ages ago, and I was inspired to try it again with a new photo.
Lucille Ball and Bette Davis ALWAYS show up for me.
You can give it a try here. After you sign up (it’s free), you’ll want to click on “Face Recognition”. Please leave a link so I can see yours!

No way! That’s hilarious/awesome. I’m going to HAVE to try this, but I’m pretty sure the thing will just tell me I look like the webmaster’s sister or something, because I always get comments like “You look like my cousin’s friend” rather than “You look like someone famous.”

I just had to try this. I don’t know what to think about the fact that two men show up in my look-alikes!
Comment by GuamGirl — February 27, 2008 @ 10:32 am
Dang, you really DO have Bette Davis eyes. Trust me, that’s a good thing.
People are ALWAYS telling me I look like Susan Sontag! HAH! What a hoot. I had to play around with the celebrities, because I didn’t know who they were (I’m old). However, I did know who Carson Daly was, but I left him off the list.
Obviously, this system doesn’t take hair into account!

I had only one lady look alike.
I blame the picture I took. And maybe my penis and 5 o-clock shadow.

Here’s my take on it:
Lucille Ball – I don’t really see it, but I’ve been told that I look like her.
Cyndi Lauper – no.
Bette Davis – I’ve heard that I look like her since I was a kid, and I can see it.
Elizabeth Taylor – no.
Jennifer Beals – no.

you have the same nose and arch to your eyebrows as lucille ball, and bette davis is just too cool to be her look-a-like. i’ve been told i have a very “audrey” look to me. i’ll have to try this at home.

I am so not putting mine up in public. I do not think I look like James Spader, though I do like him. How embarrassing.

Here is mine

Not to be cliche, but you DO have Bette Davis eyes…
Comment by Danielle — February 27, 2008 @ 7:37 pm
Bette Davis hands (or eyes) down! I need to play but need sleep first. What a hoot!
Comment by Cheryl — February 28, 2008 @ 12:04 am
Gee, I look like Laura Dern, Claudia Schiffer and BOB GELDOF!?! Sadly, I totally see the Bob Geldof resemblance. Hmmm.

My picture brought up 3 men and Mother Theresa. Geez, I’ve been feeling a bit old and not so cute, way to boost my self-esteem.
Comment by teki — February 28, 2008 @ 7:40 am
I think I’ll have to be VERY selective in which picture I submit!
Comment by linda — February 28, 2008 @ 8:16 am
You definitely look like Bette Davis! I don’t see Jennifer Beals at all. Weird. Mine makes no sense either:

Hi, I had to try it, go take a peek! Fun!

I think you look like yourself, which is just fine by me because you look great. Those movie stars should be so fortunate.
Comment by Billy — February 28, 2008 @ 11:32 am
I don’t want to talk about the results for mine. But I think you resemble Beverly D’Angelo quite a bit (without the overbite). Does anyone else see that?
Comment by NancyDrew — February 29, 2008 @ 7:33 am
I will share mine in a bit, but just have to say that I think that they must use reference points on your face to find others (celebrities) with common reference points. I don’t see Lucille Ball in you either (although I love her!) but in all of these, if you look at the space between your eyelid and eyebrows, that’s the common feature.

(Apparently for me, it was my bangs!)

OMG! Mine is the WORST!!!
Comment by Vanessa — February 29, 2008 @ 4:41 pm
Um, Vanessa, top this…
Mine said I most highly resembled Kirk Douglas. Today’s Kirk Douglas. I’m in my mid 40’s and I’m not a man.
Comment by TamiW — February 29, 2008 @ 4:55 pm
Yeah, well…I would never have guessed that I look like Rupert Grint, but here ya have it: http://aisachey.blogspot.com/ (I also apparently resemble three other men. Gotta wonder what my husband sees in me.
