Seaming Cast-On / Bind-Off Edges

In this video, I demonstrate how to seam CO and BO stitches, which is a bit different than seaming side edges.

I don’t remember the name of the yarn used in the swatches – it is a bulky wool/alpaca blend.

  1. Hello! I love your videos! They have helped me through many patterns. I did have a question about seaming but not any edges together. I have a poncho pattern o bought where one side is laid over the other and seamed with the two ends stacked on top of each other! I’ve never seamed knitting this way and was wondering if you had any advice for me on how to work this! Thank you so much!

  2. Mindy – I don’t think I’ve ever seamed that way, either. It must be something very specific to the pattern, I recommend contacting the pattern designer for advice, Ravelry message is usually a good way to reach designers.
