Thank you for the opportunity to win the needles set
just to let you know, I adore your videos and wanted to enter this contest, but apparently YouTube has now decided that you can’t comment UNLESS you have a YouTube channel and do stuff with Picasa, etc. In other words, what was once very simple-giving someone like you good feedback-is now intruding further into my privacy. I wanted to let you know. Could be because I use gmail-since Google owns both YouTube and Picasa-but it really peeves me. Sometimes I feel like I’m in a blasted internet prison and can’t move without giving out yet more information! So, please take this as a big compliment-I LOVE your videos and you are the first channel I go to when I want to learn knitting techniques-but I won’t be commenting on them. and p.s. I think there could be something illegal about them insisting I set up a channel or otherwise I can’t enter the contest. That doesn’t seem fair. I feel you should put it in your email so people expect it (you have to start a YouTube channel in order to enter). Doesn’t sound fair, does it?
Wendy – yes, you do have to “set up a channel” to comment on YouTube, but I put that in quotes because that’s not really what it is. It’s really just an account. Most people sign up and never upload videos or anything. It’s an account like any other social media site. I wish YouTube would just call it what it is, because I know “setting up a channel” is intimidating to some folks.

These look like wonderful needles! I’ve always wanted to try “squares”. I already have a great set of interchangeable needles and just couldn’t justify buying another set. Here’s hoping! Thanks for the opportunity!
What a nice Christmas present to me this needle set would be. Thank you for the opportunity, Staci.
I anxiously log in every Wed to see what you have to show us. ABSOLUTELY LOVE the new color scheme and layout for your site! (however, as i am typing, i see how hard the words are to see… pale grey on white background is not easy on the eyes)
p.s. I too am a bit turned off by the enter a comment on youtube ;-( I don’t use them except for watching a music video or knitting tutorial.
Love the new look of your website!! Really is very pink!
I already own this set and I use them all the time. Love them. I highly recommend them!

Hoping to win this time! I’m knitting lots of cables on bamboo needles and the cords are braking on me. I would like to knit and not worry about my equipment.
I truly enjoy your helpful tips and would love to try these platina needles.
I would love to win these. I have the rosewood cubix and really enjoy them. I would like a plantina set for faster knitting.
Staci, Platina is misspelled as Plantina in several places, including the large type headline and the Comments On section. Not trying to “knitpick” but this could be confusing to readers and I have some experience with sponsors, so…
Looking forward to a chance to win via YouTube.
Enjoying learning the knitting patterns and all the helpful videos this site has to offer. I hope to win these needles, think knitting is fun!
