Thank you for answering my question! I imagined there would be a complicated solution with yarn per square centimeters, calculating the surface of a garment and so on… but I love it.
Thank you both for everything you do, and thank you Stacy for all the tutorials!
Am I crazy? I have a double knit WIP that I haven’t actually worked on in a few months. (It’s 6:37 A.M.-otherwise I’d get up and check this…) I thought that I worked both sides at the same time in each row. Knit the stitches of the front facing side and (not slip a stitch, but) purl the stitches of the back facing side. As I’m typing this, I keep thinking, “There’s more than one way to skin a cat.” And then I’m totally grossed out by that expression and trying to think of another one that means the same thing, but can’t. LOL Sorry, random tangent.
This leads me to a question I have for your podcast…so, please do not be annoyed when I copy and paste this and continue it in an email for the podcast.
You’re the best! I always enjoy/watch/listen to you each week!

Annie – yes, you can alternate k/p stitches in double-knitting…I don’t know why I didn’t mention that. Thank you!
