When knitting a busy pattern, how in the world do you keep count with out making a mystery pattern out of it? No one can talk to me during Stitch and yes I bitch time (LOL). Love all your videos and podcasts, your my teacher.
I have a clear plastic tote that I toss finished projects into. Anytime I try a new pattern and end up with a functional finished piece or have some quick projects (like slippers) done they go in the tote. This way, when secret Santa comes around I have a hand made gift ready to go.
I also did a stint of baby knits when everyone around me was pregnant. I’ve since used up my stock and will need to start again. Nothing like hand knit baby clothes for a shower gift.
