One Million

Guess who’s little ol’ YouTube knitting channel just hit ONE MILLION views?

I am excited and amazed and humbled. Thank you all for your support!

Many thanks to Parker, too. I’m just the face – he’s the one who makes the videos look so good!

  1. It’s well deserved. Your videos are so clear and explain things so well.
I might even get up the nerve to try socks.

  2. Love your videos. You have explained many knitting stitches to me….great video shots…easy to see and follow.
    Congratulations……

  3. That is great! I was looking for knitting videos on youtube when I came across your videos and found your wonderful blog ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. There is a reason why you hit ONE MILLION VIEWERS and that’s because you are great! Your tutorials are easy to watch and understand. Great work.. and keep it up so that we get to continue to learn from you!!!

  5. Staci, CONGRATS!! You deserve it. I love your tutorials, they are so helpful. I have learned a lot from you. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! THANK YOU!!

  6. I have to agree with all the previous comments. Your videos are great and so is the knowledge you impart. When I was growing up (a million years ago), something I heard a lot was “Cream always rises to the top”. Well, Staci, your videos and your desire to share your knowledge with us are both, truly, cream! I look forward to learning more from you. Oh, one of the things that does make your videos stand out is the professional way in which they’re done. That has to be because of Parker. So kudos to him, as well.

  7. Awesome! Congratulations! It’s not hard to believe. Your videos are so fab & helpful. Keep up the great work – we all love it.

  8. Wanted to let you know that on your tubular cast on I just add one more stitch then I need. Then on the second row I did not do the wrap around and just knit ,purled it which gave me the stitch that I needed and made it very invisible. just a little tid bit for you all.

  9. A million views? Not surprising, as I think a quarter million of those views must have been mine. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Seriously, congratulations to you and THANKS a million for all that you have taught me and so many others! Parker, thank you for making these videos such a pleasure to watch!

  10. Congratulations! It’s certainly well-deserved because yours are absolutely the best knitting instructions hands-down. Whenever I’m stuck, I can just access one of them & I’m out of trouble in no time, even @ 2 a.m. You & Parker deserve the equivalent to YouTube Oscars!

  11. Wonderful! I always enjoy your videos. I learn a lot. Thank you for helping the knitters out in the Knitterverse.

  12. Hi, I love your videos, but I can’t get the socks with circular needle, do not understand English, has as you send me the recipe.
    Thank you

  13. Congratulations… it should maybe a million and a half though… Iknow I have looked at them at least 250 thousand times!!!…

  14. I’ve been knitting for about 5 months and I’m having the best time. I’ve done so much in just 5 months and your videos help me progress even further.
I’m getting ready to tackle the fingerless gloves that you have and I’m so excited. Thank you for taking the time to make video, tutorials and patterns.

  15. Your videos are so clear, so I always have the “ah-ha” moments when I watch your videos. And whenever I have a question, without fail you have a video for it! So you videos make me more confident as a knitter, and I am taking on more challenging patterns. And I am even considering doing the master knitter program!! So thank you for your inspiration, you are awesome! Keep up the good work!

  16. Beautiful!!! I am wondering if you would do a video on how to to do the berry-in-a-box stitch.

    Keep on Knitting.

  17. Nice post. I was checking constantly this blog and I’m impressed! Very useful info particularly the last part ๐Ÿ™‚ I care for such information a lot. I was looking for this particular information for a long time. Thank you and best of luck.

  18. Staci, I found you through a YouTube Search for knitting instruction – and I watched just one and was hooked. The combination of faraway and close-ups, your calm, even-toned voice and even the small details like how your manicure always looks great…it all matters and it all adds up. Your videos are just super. I’m so glad I found you!
