Information on things you’ll see in this video:
The pattern for the sweater I’m wearing (not my design, knit in a discontinued cotton yarn), can be found here.
The nail polish I’m wearing is Julep, color “Maddy”.
I don’t knit for specific charities but do knit for anyone in need. I knit for new mothers, people posted in my church bulletin who might be having a difficult time and anyone who I hear of that might need something. I don’t limit myself to just knitting and try to help out anyway i can. Thank you for the chance to win!!!
I’m just beginning to knit so I’m too embarrassed to donate anything yet. Your sock videos are wonderful and I’m just finished my second sock. I think the next pair will be good enough to give as a gift.
Hi I don’t knit for charities as a rule. I do a lot of quilting and quilt for Kids quite a few times. I don’t knit as well as I quilt!!
I already follow you, subscribe to you and love your videos.
hope I win the set.
thanks
cathy
I knit for charities when the knit club starts a new one. Right now I favor blankets for pet shelters.
I can’t figure out how to enter the giveaway. I watched the video, I am a subscriber already – love your channel! – but could not see how to comment after the video. Anyway, I knit for “Knots of Love” and local hospitals. Mostly baby items.
Cheers,
K
After looking at several sites for different ideas and techniques, I always come back to VeryPink. I simply love this site! Your directions are always crystal clear, and if I have a question I can always watch the technique again … and again … and again, until I get it. Thank you so much for this site! Wishing you all the best, please don’t ever give up VeryPink!
As a midwife I tend to knit preemie stuff when I have spare time.
I am already subscribed to your channel .
I came back to knitting after doing a few projects when I was in college, like a shawl and a scarf.
Now I am learning all over again. I am doing my first charity project, a seafarer’s scarf for the Church Seamen’s Institute. Also trying to knit my first baby blanket, with a repeating design. This one is a bit of a challenge.
Staci, thanks for your videos, I’ve learned so much from them. Please do not consider this an entry. I’m not up to socks yet! Still checking out needle sets.
