Slow Motion Knit Stitch

Something for very visual learners – slow motion knit stitch in three different styles of knitting.

You can see my regular speed knit stitch video here.
The playlist of all of my slo-mo videos (more coming!) is here.

The needles I use are Knitter’s Pride Platinas from an interchangeable set. The yarn is Valley Yarns Northfield in color Jade.

  1. I love, love, love the slow motion videos!!!!!
Looking forward to more ! Barbara Harris, Memphis, TN

  2. Thank you!!!!! I’d call myself an intermediate knitter, and so was watching this more for the joy of watching knitting than to learn anything. I never should have doubted you! After many failed attempts at trying to learn to flick in order to make colorwork quicker (continental knitter here), something clicked about the way you maneuver the yarn while watching in slow-mo. Tried knitting a few stitches while flicking and had no problem. I’ll have to practice more, but you have ended months of frustration

    • Thanks, Max! I’m glad this video helped…the slo-mo thing doesn’t work for everyone, but I’m getting really good feedback from people who find it helpful. Expect more in the future!
