I’ve had a similar ‘magic yarn’ experience thinking lanolin might be the cause? Says a lot about the yarn not being over processed, still retaining a natural barrier to moisture and soiling. I’d love to give this yarn a try. Nothing nicer than soft hands knitting especially in the cold & dry season we’re entering now. Beautiful pattern! Really looks like stone carving in the grey.

I’ve always wondered what their beards really looked like, or if they did look like their statues depict, how! The cowl looks like a fun project! I went to their website and found sock yarn with no wool in it that comes in single colors! I am so excited. I am surrounded by loved ones that are allergic to wool.

This wording is a little confusing: The contest is open until 12:01 am (US Central Time), November 28, 2018
A friend almost didn’t enter the giveaway today (the 28th) because this ^ makes it sound like the giveaway already ended precisely one minute into the 28th. I think most people would assume that the end date in a range means you have that entire day. And I think that’s usually what it means, so I’m assuming that the giveaway ends one minute after midnight tonight, so technically 12:01 a.m. Thursday the 29th.
Help???
