  1. I bought the shadow knit checkerboard baby afghan kit last year after seeing your tutorial. I totally agree about the Perfection yarn–AMAZING! And that is a great price for the mitt kit. I may order one regardless whether I win or not.

  2. So was it a snake?? Right when you said about dog walking I saw a white flash behind you in the window, actually played it back a few times to see it….it was your dog I think! Silly happy pup it seemed! Funny she videobombed you right as you were speaking of her! Anyway, I’m entered and hoping to win a gorgeous kit…..and also DYING to know if you were snake wrangling with your flip top mits! 🙂

    • Hi Christine – thankfully it was not a snake!  She dug up a root, so it was floppy, and I knew it wasn’t a stick.  Thankfully it was just a root!

      • Glad to hear you didnt have to deal with a snake. If my dog ever brings in a snake I will just have to burn down the house lol. Thanks for the giveaway!!

  3. Gotta say your videos are so helpful to a beginner knitter. Thanks for your support!

  4. Phew!! No half dead snake in the house! Looking forward to working with this lovely yarn and pattern!

  5. Dogs are so fun. Once I found a dead mole at the back door. I haven’t seen a pattern like this before. Another one to put on my list.
