  1. So disappointed! Lovely shawl, wanted to get the kit, but the shipping costs to Canada doubled the cost of the kit!

    • You can try contacting Kraemer to verify the shipping costs…but as someone who also ships stuff internationally, I can say it is expensive, even to Canada.  The enamel pins I mail out to podcast subscribers are $4 to ship in the US, and $16+ as soon as it has to cross a border.  There might also be yarn shops in Canada that carry Kraemer Yarn…you might check that out to avoid international shipping.

  2. This looks great. It’s a shape of shawl and technique I’ve never knit before. Wonderful tutorial.

  3. And I’m sitting here wondering about weaving in ends with all this lace work!!!!

    • It’s not difficult…the lace is dense enough that there is plenty of room to weave in the ends.  And there aren’t many ends…you never cut Color B, the color used in the lace.

  4. I don’t see where you announce the winners of the shawl package. Am I missing something?
