This week’s video is a pattern update announcement – my Bento Box Quilt now includes instructions for baby blanket size! This pattern is a FREE RAVELRY DOWNLOAD.
Size: 43″ square, (109 cm)
Needles: Size 8 US (5mm) 24″ circulars or straight needles. You will also need a needle one size larger (9 US, 5.5mm) for binding-off.
Yarn: Any worsted weight yarn, I used Kraemer Perfection Worsted (see below for yarn amounts in each color) Additional Materials: One ring stitch marker, tapestry needle for seaming and weaving ends
Gauge: 4 stitches per inch in garter stitch

Yarn Amounts, shown in skeins of Kraemer Perfection Worsted and total yardage:
Main Color (white in my blanket): 4 skeins, or 750 yards Color 1 (pink in my blanket): 3 skeins, or 500 yards
Color 1 (pink in my blanket): 3 skeins, or 500 yards
Color 2 (green in my blanket): 2 skeins, or 250 yards Border Color (beige in my blanket): 3 skeins, or 500 yards
Border Color (beige in my blanket): 3 skeins, or 500 yards
The exact colors of Kraemer Perfection Worsted I used are: Fluff, Bloom, Flora, and Peep.
