  1. Oh dear … ERROR ALERT!! one inch = 2.54 cm (not 2.45. Kind of small difference, but as you know, it’s a BIG diff over in a garment circumference.

    • PS I am Canadian and we switched to the majority world system back in the early seventies or so, when I was quite young, so I have some of those conversions drilled into my grey matter (rather than gray matter lol).

Also PS, the 4”/10 cm “equivalent” used in gauge swatch instructions isn’t exact, as you also probably know already, but it only kinda matters in a big circ garment.

      Love your podcasts!

  2. Hi Staci
I have connected my friend to your site. She is a new knitter and loves your helpful tips.
I am encouraging her to check out her podcast.
Where will she find your archived episodes?
Happy Saturday…I am knitting Kramer cardigan with you this weekend.

  3. Polly is an awesome addition to the podcast. Really enjoying your lighthearted and lively banter.
Re contacting designers on Ravelry, as a designer, I often miss the little notation for messages and wish there was a more noticeable way to get those messages. I often miss them as they are just tiny numbers on those small envelope icons on my Ravelry site. ( especially if you generally ck Ravelry from a mobile device.
