The description would be Manos Del Uruguay (branded-yarn name) Yesica( name of the pattern) Wrap Kits . The description is ” Yarn of wool or of fine animal hair, put up for retail sale” state the percentage of wool and silk etc.
All countries have value for gifts where the additional charges of duty and taxes are applied so they would not pay on “gift” amount but any value above it.
