Poochie Keen Dog Sweater

This week we have a much anticipated tutorial for the Poochie Keen Dog Sweater by Beth Aidala, from Kraemer Yarns. There are five sizes available in the pattern – Chest 11 (14, 18, 27, 33)”.

The yarn kit (includes pattern) can be found here.
The pattern on its own is here.
The yarn used (if you want to build your own kit), Perfection Worsted.

There is also a crochet version, you can see all of the options here.

The ChiaoGoo interchangeable shorties set can be found here.

Here is the math I was unable to do in my head. 🙂 The pattern gauge is about 4.5 stitches per inch. To increase 3 inches I would need to do about 12 increases, or 6 additional increase rounds. I would work these with a plain knitting (no increases) round between the increase rounds.

  1. I bought the knit version. Said it would be delivered to my Ravelry, but it is not there. I don’t see the link in my paypal either. Can you assist? Thank you

  2. Hi Stack
I went to Kraemer’s website to buy the pattern. There is no indication of whether this is a download or a paper copy. Do you have that information? I’m hesitant to click the pay button with that important piece of information missing. Kraemer’s phone hours for help are limited. I have also emailed Kraemer.
    Thank you.

    • I believe it is a download…if you are buying the kit there is a chance it is a paper pattern, but if you are buying the pattern alone, I think it’s a download.  But you’ll need to contact Kraemer directly for a solid answer.
