Slow-Motion Tinking Increases

In this video, I demonstrate tinking (unknitting) increase stitches in slow-motion for visual learners. The other videos in my slo-mo series can be found here.

The yarn I use for demonstration is Paintbox Yarns Wool Mix Chunky. The needles are ChiaoGoo bamboo. The cowl is the background is Color My Cowl, free pattern and video tutorial.

Slow Motion 3 Needle Bind-Off

In this video for very visual learners, I demonstrate the 3 Needle Bind-Off in slow motion. This BO is used to simultaneously seam two pieces together while binding off.

Slow Motion Pinhole Cast-On

This cast-on is a way to create stitches when you’re starting at the center of a piece, and knitting out. (You’ll need this cast-on for next week’s new sock tutorial!)

Slow Motion Tinking

“Tinking” is the word we use for “unknitting”, or unraveling stitches one at-a-time. In this video, I demonstrate tinking in slow-motion, both knit and purl stitches.
