Slow Motion Using DPNs

In this video, I demonstrate getting started with double-pointed needles in slow motion. Part of my slow motion series for very visual learners.

The needles I’m using are Knitter’s Pride Ginger. The yarn is Paintbox Wool Mix Chunky in Sailor Blue.

The scarf on the mannequin is Cave of Kelpius (not my design).

Slow-Motion Make 1

In this video, we slow down both Make 1 Right and Make 1 Left (M1R and M1L) for visual learners.

The yarn I use in this video is Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Bulky. The needles are Knitter’s Pride Ginger double-pointed needles.

Slow Motion Purl Stitch

Something new for visual learners! In this video, my producer slows the purl stitch way, way down – for a close-up and slow demonstration of the stitch. I demonstrate three different ways to purl stitches.

Slo-Mo Cast-On

Something new for visual learners! In this video, my producer slows the long-tail cast-on way, way down – for a close-up and slow demonstration of the stitch.

The yarn I use in the video is Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Bulky in Crush. The needle is a Knitter’s Pride Bamboo double-pointed needle. (It isn’t necessary to use dpns for this cast-on.) My nail polish is ASP Gel Polish in “Pink Sweetness”.
