    • Linda – this question has come up on Facebook, too. Here are the answers I’ve given:
      When you follow the link, the area to comment is below the video. If you don’t see the area to comment, it is likely due to the way you have your settings in YouTube. From one help page, “You may have gotten to restricted mode somehow. Go to settings, general, and make sure restricted mode is turned off. My 3 yr old somehow hit too many buttons watching Spiderman vids. This is how I figured out the solution.”

      You may want to research the issue further or use another device, the default mode for YouTube is the ability to comment and see comments.

      • I followed your instructions and my restricted mode is off and I’m still not able to comment. No comments show at all.

        • Cindy – I recommend two things…try scrolling down-down-down, you may see the comments section lower than you might expect. You can also try using a different device.
