Flip Top Mitts
In this video, I run through the techniques used in these flip top mitts, designed by Vanessa Ewing. In the intro of the video I say that the sizes are all for adults, that was a mistake! The smallest size is for toddlers!
The yarn knits are no longer available from Kraemer Yarns, but you can get the pattern here on Ravelry. Any worsted weight wool can be used, 100-200 yards.
If you’re new to knitting mitts, I recommend knitting this easy pattern first to get a feel for it. Free pattern and tutorial, Easy Fingerless Mitts.
The long-tail cast-on method I use.
My magnetic needle case can be found here.
