Tinking Short Rows

In this video I demonstrate how to “unknit” wraps & turns and German short rows to correct a mistake.

The yarn I used for demonstration is Paintbox Yarns Wool Mix Chunky.
The needles are Knitter’s Pride DPNs.

Carrying Multiple Colors for Stripes

In this video I demonstrate how to “carry” colors when you’re knitting stripes in three or more colors. Carrying the colors means fewer ends to weave in when the project is finished.

The yarn I’m using for demonstration is Kraemer Perfection Worsted. The needles are Addi 16″ circulars.

Slow Motion Crocheted Bind-Off

In this video I demonstrate a normal bind-off, using a crochet hook instead of a knitting needle. The result of this technique is the same as the common BO called for in most patterns.

You can see this same bind-off using knitting needles in slow-motion here.

You can see all of my slow-motion videos here.

The needles I’m using are Kollage Sonic. The crochet hook is by Boye. The yarn I use for demonstration is Paintbox Yarns Wool Mix Chunky.

The wrap on the mannequin is Mother Earth Wrap, more info including tutorial here.

Slow Motion SSK

In this video I demonstrate SSK (slip, slip knit), a one-stitch decrease that leans left. SSK is often used as a “mirror” decrease to K2tog (knit two together).

You can see all of my slow-motion videos here.

The wrap on the mannequin is Mother Earth Wrap, more info including tutorial here.

The needles I’m using are Kollage Sonic. The yarn is Paintbox Yarns Wool Mix Chunky.

Slow Motion Stretchy Bind-Off

In this video I demonstrate my favorite stretchy bind-off in slow motion.

You can see all of my slow-motion videos here.
The regular speed version of this technique here.
